STARS CGI x NIKE presents Self-Care Celebration: Everyday in Every Way
For the fourth year in a row, STARS CGI collaborated with Nike to host it’s Self-Care Saturday initiative. This year, we created a new program model that reaffirmed SelfCare as a daily activity – SelfCare Everyday, in Every Way! This initiative is a favorite of our young people, who use it as an opportunity to learn new self-care techniques, as well as collect resources to deepen their individual practice.
* Activate – our morning routine, inspired young people to set intentions for a successful day ahead.
* Create – our midday routine, centered on self-care as a communal activity and not an individual journey.
* Motivate – our night routine, reinforced the significance of a healthy and active lifestyle in caring for your temple.
* Celebrate – speaks for itself. It highlighted the importance of letting loose and celebrating all of your wins (and losses) with your tribe.
