For the 2nd consecutive year, we are grateful to partner with the Brooklyn Nets for their Women’s Impact Night. This year’s initiative was two-fold. Our girls first met with the marketing team at BSE Global to share their insights into their cultural identities, and inspirations as young women from Brooklyn. The team then took their ideas and turned it into a beautiful work of art that was distributed to the first 5,000 fans at the Brooklyn Nets game on March 5th.
This experience was definitely one for the books for our girls at MS 126. They had an amazing time watching warm-ups from court side and of course being acknowledged during the game on the jumbotron. A huge thank you to the Brooklyn Nets for your ongoing partnership and for continuing to see the value in the work that we do to empower girls through sports.
