Our Superstars Leadership Academy participants were treated to an incredible day of learning courtesy of international consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal. Hosted by PowerPlay’s former President & CEO, Vivian Santora, along with her exceptional team at A&M, the day was a powerful introduction to the world of consulting and professional development. Our girls were exposed to new career possibilities and connected with women who have successfully navigated the corporate world.
The day features a panel of ten Alvarez & Marsal team members who each shared their unique career journeys. Following the panel, the girls participated in breakout sessions where they were able to dive deeper into their own potential career paths and college aspirations.
