Lazard partnered with us for an inspiring morning of empowerment with our 21st Century high school students. The day kicked off with an engaging panel discussion, moderated by Nicole Miles, who has been dedicated to supporting our work at PowerPlay. Students gained valuable insights into career pathways and leadership from four professional working women.
The day continued with a hands-on professional development workshop, where our young women partnered with Lazard employee mentors to craft and refine their elevator pitches. This interactive session fostered confidence, self-expression, and professional growth. By creating spaces where young women can learn, grow, and connect with industry leaders, we’re helping shape the next generation of confident, empowered leaders.
