Our Superstars Leadership Academy participants had the honor of visiting the iconic NFL Headquarters, where they experienced a day full of inspiration, learning, and empowerment from some of the female employees.
The girls followed a guided tour of the headquarters, where they explored the dynamic environment that drives one of the biggest sports organizations in the world. The girls also participated in interactive workshops focused on career exploration and development. They gained practical tips on how to navigate the sports industry, from understanding different career paths to building the resilience needed to thrive. The sessions were filled with empowering discussions on leadership, perseverance, and the importance of uplifting other women along the way.
