Annette is a dedicated advocate for building girls’ confidence, leadership skills, and resiliency through sports. As a lifelong athlete, she believes that sports are the cornerstone for youth development and empowerment.

Annette received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing with a minor in Psychology and played Division I for Cal Poly Women’s Soccer throughout college. She paired her passions for community building, equitable youth engagement, and access to sports as a member of the Athlete Leadership Team at Bay Area Women’s Sports Initiative. After gaining experience leading after-school youth programs and fostering school partnerships, Annette comes to PowerPlay to serve the community by implementing uplifting and engaging programming and providing girls with more opportunities in sports.
