Sophia’s career centers around equitable youth engagement and enrichment. She comes to PowerPlay experienced in development, fundraising, and community-building from her previous roles with Disney Theatrical Group, Random House Children’s Books, Mama! Foundation for the Arts, and The 24 Hour Plays on Broadway. She is passionate about creating and resourcing educational and extracurricular spaces which empower all children, regardless of identity, socioeconomic status, or other excluding factors. She is an avid fan of dogs, sitcoms, and her beloved New York Rangers and Mets!
