Stevland McKoy is a seasoned youth development professional with over 20 years of experience designing, managing, and leading afterschool and community-based programs across New York City. Stevland brings deep expertise in program operations, staff development, compliance, and partnership-building within school-based settings.

Throughout his career, he has worked closely with students, families, school administrators, and community organizations to create safe, engaging, and high-quality learning environments that support academic growth, social-emotional development, and leadership skills. His work spans elementary, middle, and high school programming, with a particular focus on equity, access, and sustainable program design.

Stevland holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Psychology. He is deeply committed to ensuring that youth programs are not only impactful for students, but also supportive and professional spaces for the staff who make them possible.
