Girls Lead

Hey y’all, listen up!! Here at PowerPlay we teach and prepare our girls to step up into leadership roles. Leadership Academy participant Arabiou is at the mic and she’s telling us just how she leads:
“For almost my whole life I have not been active in sports or exercise. Through the youth mentor coach program, I became very passionate about sport, met new kids, networked with different mentors, and gained leadership skills. I grew so much from this experience and even though they were sometimes a handful, I loved being a leader to my kids!”
