Mia is always making us proud – from way back when she was a PowerPlay participant to her days at Hampton University and Harvard University to Barclays Center to inspiring girls and young women now. She is the epitome of the phrase, “young girls with dreams become women with vision” and her success is the reason the PowerPlay team works hard each day running programming to girls and young women across NYC!! We want more Mias!! 🙂 And thanks Mia for the shout-out <3
