Youth Mentor Coaching takes off!

Last week we trained our first wave of youth mentor coaches — high school participants in our Leadership Academy — to serve as assistant coaches and mentors to younger girls in our after-school programs. Not only do these coaches get a great resume builder and fulfill their community service requirement through this program, they also get early access to our workshops and events and strengthen their leadership skills in a major way. We’re just building leaders over here, NBD.
